An injury accident occurred on Sunday May 15th at approximately 2:59am approximately 14 miles southwest of Balko, OK in Beaver County.
A 2003 Toyota Pickup driven by Tomas Tiniguar,29, of Perryton, Texas, was southbound on US-83 when he fell asleep and departed the roadway to the right.
The driver then overcorrected and departed the roadway to the left and rolled the vehicle approximately one and a half times. He was ejected from the vehicle, and was transported to Ochiltree General Hospital by Perryton EMS in critical condition. He was then transported to Northwest Medical System in Amarillo, Texas via mediflight by LifeStar.
