GUYMON — The sun is to blame for the death of a pedestrian in Guymon.
Oklahoma DPS says 81 year old Marvin lee Costner was killed while crossing the road.
It happened on the 700 block of North East 24th Street.
Officials say the 19 year old driver told them the sun was blocking her vision and she couldn’t see Costner.
Police are still investigating.
