Ouster Proceedings To Be Explored Against Liberal City Commissioner

The Liberal City Commission met in Executive Session Wednesday evening at 5:00pm in the City Commission Chambers. At the conclusion of the Executive Session, Commissioners reconvened in the Commissioner Chambers for an open meeting. It was at that time, Mayor Harrison moved for City Attorney McQueen to explore the procedures necessary for ouster proceedings against Commissioner Warren. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Aragon and passed 4-0 with Commissioner Warren abstaining. The information leading up to the motion and vote was discussed in Executive Session and could not be shared with KSCB News.
