Liberal senior bowler Oscar Rubio is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Rubio is first team all WAC after finishing with a 198 average for the sixth best overall.  Tuesday at Great Bend, Rubio medaled and placed fourth with 583 series.  Rubio also plays Redskin baseball and is a member of student council and the LHS Art Club.  Rubio and the Redskin bowling team compete at their 6A regional Thursday at West Acres in Wichita.
