OSBI Arrests Turpin Man Regarding Lewd and Sexually Explicit Messages Sent to a Minor

On February 27, 2024, the Beaver Police Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation assistance regarding lewd and sexually explicit messages sent to a minor.
During the investigation, it was learned the child received these messages from 54-year-old Timothy Loomis from Turpin, Oklahoma. On March 27, OSBI special agents located and arrested Loomis on four counts of Solicitation of a Minor. He was booked into the Beaver County Jail.
