Wayne L. Wulfemeyer, 74, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at his residents.

Wayne was the son of Leslie Wulfemeyer and Arleen (Muller) Wulfemeyer. He was born on July 26, 1944, in Hugoton, Kansas. He was the third child of four. His siblings were LeVeta, Carol and Linda.

Wayne grew up on a family farm in Stevens County, Kansas and graduate from Moscow High School. He taught welding at Hugoton High School for a few years and later started his own business building Hot Rod Cars. The name of his shop was Hugoton Custom Works.

Wayne survivors include a sister, LeVeta Longley & husband David, Springfield, MO.; nephews and nieces, Daniel Longley, Kayla Longley Eli, Erin Longley Barnett, Michael Adams, Gregory Adams, Stephen Adams, Keith Novack and Kevin Novack and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Carol Adams, Linda Novak.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 2 PM at Assembly of God Church, Hugoton, KS with Pastor Tim Singer. Burial at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, KS.

Friends may call Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM at Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton. Family will receive friends on Friday 6 PM to 8 PM at Robson Funeral Home.
