Vida “Peggy” Brecheisen, 91, of Hooker, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Wesley Hospital, Wichita, Kansas.  A longtime former Hugoton, Kansas resident.

She was the daughter of David and Sally (Reed) Wyatt.  She was born on September 21, 1926 in Paonia, Colorado.

She and James Marvin Brecheisen Sr. were married on April 10, 1945 in Flagstaff, Arizona. To this union two sons were born James Marvin II and Billy Joe.

She was very loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was a member of the First Assembly of God of Guymon, OK.  Peggy was very passionate about her faith in God and she never missed opportunity share the word of God.

Survivors include, one son, Jim Brecheisen & wife Jamie, Hooker, OK; eight grandchildren, Rechelle Lemasters & husband Jason, James Brecheisen, Jessica Brecheisen, Qurt Brecheisen, Krystal Nichols & husband Bart, Kourtney Brecheisen, Kade Brecheisen, Kessler Brecheisen; eight great grandchildren, three brothers, Hubert Wyatt, Greenwood, MO., Earl Wyatt & wife, Dorothy, Boliver, MO., Calvin Wyatt & wife Marilyn, Hoskiss, CO.; Marjorie Hamlin, Hooker, OK.; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Marvin, son Billy Joe Brecheisen, five brothers, Milton, George, Harley, Ruben and Frank Wyatt, three sisters, Neddi Mae, Naomi Ruth, and Esther.

Memorials have been established for First Assembly of God Church, Guymon, OK and Pheasant Heaven Charites. Memorials may be mailed to Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home- PO Box 236- Hugoton, KS 67951.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 11 AM at Church of God, Hugoton with Pastor Richard Martin and Pastor George Kraft presiding.

Burial will take place in the Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton. Viewing will be held Sunday 2pm to 8 pm and Monday 10 am to 8 pm at Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.

Family will receive friends at the Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home from Monday 6 pm to 8 pm.
