Twila Faye Kaberlein, 85, died on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Hugoton, KS.

She was the daughter of Frank and Thelma (Lepper) Dufield. She was born on November 27, 1932, in Kismet, KS.

On April 19, 1975, she married John P. Kaberlein in Liberal, KS.

Twila worked for Pahandle Eastern Pipeline Company for 18 years and at Stevens County Treasurers office until her retirement.

She was member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Hugoton.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband John. Twila’s hobbies were gardening and ceramics.

Survivors include her husband John Kaberlein, Hugoton, KS., a brother, Donald Dufield and wife Pat, Plains, KS.; a sister, Shirley Herman and husband Ken, Hays, KS., brothers- in- law, Leonard Kaberlein and wife Kaye, Summit, MS., Don Kaberlein and wife Donna, Olathe, KS., Bob Kaberlein and wife Gloria, Plains, KS., Bill Kaberlein and wife Jeaninne, Hays, KS., and many nieces and nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Walter Dufield and a sister Betty Black.

A memorial has been established to St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton. Memorials may be mailed to Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home- PO Box 236- Hugoton, KS 67951.

Rosary Service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 7PM at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, KS.

Mass service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 10:30AM at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton and with burial in Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton.

Friends may call Sunday 2-8PM at the Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.
