Steven “Steve” Bartel

Steven “Steve” Bartel, 60, died, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at his residence in Turpin, OK.

He was born November 25, 1954 in Perryton, Texas the son of Van & Dorothy (Purer) Bartel.
He graduated in 1973 from Balko High School in Balko, Oklahoma. He had also attended Vo-Tech School in Kansas City,
He enjoy cars and especially “Mopar” and would meet with his car friends every Thursday for supper.

He was employed at Anadarko as a Production Tech for many years.

2 Daughters Shanna Jones Bryant, Arkansas
Rebecca Pauley Vinton, Virginia

1 Brother Audie Bartel Corpus Christi, Texas

3 Grandchildren Brooklyne Francisco, Caleb Cunningham, Bailee Pauley.

He is preceded in death by his Father Van Bartel.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Ramsey presiding. Burial will be held privately in the Balko Mennonite Brethren Church Cemetery.

Visitation time will be 1 to 8pm Friday and 9 to 11pm Saturday at Brenneman Funeral Home
