Sharon Frances Evans Zeiher-Gibson, 63, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019, at Morton County Hospital, Elkhart, Kansas surrounded by her loving family.
Sharon was the daughter of William Paul Sr. and Mildred Frances Evans. She was born on March 21, 1955, in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Sharon and Robert J. Gibson were married on September 28, 2006, at Morton County Court House, Elkhart, Kansas.
Sharon worked as a housekeeper at the Morton County Hospital. She also worked as a sales clerk at the grocery store. She loved to go camping with her family. Sharon loved her 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren dearly, she loved spending time with them.
Sharon’s survivors include husband Robert Gibson, Elkhart, KS; son, Shawn Zeiher, Elkhart, KS; four daughters, Stacy White, Minneapolis, MN, Nicole Munoz and husband Alejandro, Lubbock, TX, Cassandra Aranda and husband Joshua, McAlester, OK, Angela Wanecek and husband MarChello, McAlester, OK; brother, William Paul Evans Jr. and wife Sheree, Snyder, CO, three sisters, Hazel Sanchez, Elkhart, KS, Doris Sheldon and husband Bruce, El Paso, TX, Shirley Luck, Garden City, KS; fifteen grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and loved by all.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Jeremy McCarty and Nathaniel Baumberger.
The family will have a memorial service on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 1 PM at First Baptist Church, Elkhart, Kansas.
