Shadow Makell Findley, age 16, of Ulysses, Kansas died Monday, February 24, 2014 at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses, Kansas. He was born January 13, 1998 in Ulysses, Kansas , the son of James Bryan Findley and Tawnya Foutch-Findley.
Shadow grew up in Ulysses and attended Ulysses High School . He enjoyed playing x-box, shooting guns, redneck hot-tubing, and fighting with his sister. Shadow also enjoyed sitting around a fire pit and visiting with family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Bryan Findley and wife Brenda of Weston, Colorado; his mother, Tawnya Foutch of Ulysses, Kansas; grandparents, Judy Foutch of Lawton, Oklahoma, Harold Findley of Canyon Lake, Texas; brothers, Joshua Findley of Aurora, Colorado, Jebediah Findley of Dighton, Kansas; sisters, Micah Findley of Minatare, Nebraska, Aerial Foutch of Ulysses, Kansas, Tianna Foutch of Pensacola, Florida, currently serving in the United States Navy, Shamira Findley of Ulysses, Kansas; adopted brothers, Dakota Cline, Tyler Oliver, Robert Nelson and Rob Nelson all of Ulysses, Kansas; adopted sisters, Cynthia Walters and Kelsie Berger both of Ulysses, Kansas; girlfriend, Mina Good and unborn child of Ulysses, Kansas; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Deane Findley and Robert Foutch.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 01, 2014 at the Oasis Church in Ulysses, Kansas with Pastor Kris Humphrey officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Friday, February 28, 2014 at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be given to the Shadow Findley Unborn Child Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave , Ulysses , KS 67880 .
