Scott A. Cook

Scott A. Cook, 45, Burlington, KS, a former Liberal resident,
died Saturday, July 30, 2011 at the Burlington Hospital,
Burlington, KS .

He was born December 4, 1965 in Liberal, KS , the son of
Melvin L. & Sharon A. Komarek Cook.

Scott attended Liberal high School . He worked in the oilfield
for many years.

he is survived by his parents, Melvin & Sharon Cook, Liberal, KS;
one brother, Matthew Cook and wife Jill, Mulvane, KS ; two sisters,
Mary Packard and husband Rob, Plains, KS ; Stacey Woods and
husband Barry, Mead, KS ; grandparents, Don & Juanita Komarek,
Liberal, KS; ten nieces & nephews; one great-nephew. He was
preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorial service will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the Miller Chapel. Burial will be at
the Liberal Cemetery.

The family suggests that memorials be sent to Above & Beyond
(care taker group) in care of Miller Mortuary.
