Salvador Garcia

Salvador Garcia, 71, died on November 13, 2014 as a result of an auto accident in Meade County, Kansas.

He was born Sept. 17, 1943 in Penjamo, Gto, Mexico, the son of Jose Garcia and Dolores Magaña.

He had formerly worked at National Beef in Liberal.

He was married to Consuelo Zamora. She also died in the accident on Nov. 13, 2014.

Survivors include

2 Sons: Santos Garcia of Liberal;

Angel Garcia of El Monte, CA;

4 Daughters: Ana Garcia of Huron, CA;

Ofelia Garcia of Mexico;

Maria Garcia of San Francisco, CA

Maria Del Socorro Garcia of Kannapolis, NC

17 Grandchildren

1 Great-Grandchild

He was preceded in death by a Son- Salvador Garcia, Jr.

Rosary and Vigil Service will be 7:00 pm Tuesday, Nov 18, 2014 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Liberal, KS.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Burial will take place in Mexico.

Visitation will be 12 Noon -5 pm Tuesday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
