Rosemary A. Steers

Rosemary A. Steers, 78, Liberal, KS , died Monday, August 8,
2011 at Wheatridge Park Care Center, Liberal, KS.

She was born September 27, 1931 at Coffeyville, KS , the daughter
of Roy W. & Edna M. Manley Dannels.

She graduated high school at Alltonoona, KS, and worked in several
nursing homes many years as a CNA.

She was of the Baptist faith.

On June 14, 1951, she married Marvin T. Steers at Huntsville, AR , he survives.

Other survivors include, two sons, Marvin Steers and wife Beverly,
Liberal, KS; Ron Steers and wife Cheryl, Turpin, OK ;
four daughters, Carolyn Sue Rainey, Caney, KS ; Rhonda Chapman
and husband Bill, Caney, KS; Joyce McLoughlin, Sand Springs, OK ;
two brothers, Bob Dannels and wife Pat, Wheatland, WY ; Jim Dannels and wife Carla, Sand Springs, OK; one sister, Carolyn Spoonmore,
Neodesha, KS ; ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Friends may call at the Miller Mortuary 9 A.M.- 8 P.M. Wednesday.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Thursday
at the Blackwell Cemetery, Blackwell, OK.

The family suggests memorials to Wheatridge Park Care Center,
in care of Miller Mortuary.
