Rosalie Reppart, age 83, of Ulysses, Kansas died Sunday, October 30, 2016 at The Legacy at Park View in Ulysses, Kansas. She was born January 27, 1933 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of William and Martha (Brown) Ladner.

Rosalie grew up in Topeka and graduated from Topeka High School. She married William Clayton Reppart in 1952. They moved to Ulysses in the 1950’s. After Rosalie raised her family, she worked for the Ulysses newspaper, the hardware store, and Russ’ Jack & Jill. She loved animals, was an avid bowler, and enjoyed gardening, cooking and playing cards.

She is survived by her sons, William Clayton Reppart Jr. of Grove, Oklahoma, Jeff Reppart of Ulysses, Kansas, Gary Reppart of Ellis, Kansas, and Michael Reppart of Ulysses, Kansas; daughters, Nancy Reppart of Guymon, Oklahoma, and Carolyn Cordes of Ulysses, Kansas; 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. 

Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Loreen McGinnis.

Funeral service will be Friday, November 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Garnand Funeral Home Chapel in Ulysses with Minister Warren Baldwin officiating. Interment will follow at Ulysses Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses. Memorial contributions may be given to the Silent Angels Advocate Rescue and Shelter in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880.
