Ronald L. Clancy, 82 of Tyrone OK passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Wheatridge Park Care Center in Liberal, KS after a brief illness.

He was born on April 29, 1942 to Lavern and Georgia (Vaughn) Clancy in Liberal, KS. He began farming at an early age with his parents on the family farm in Tyrone, OK. He was a lifetime farmer and operated Clancy Farms with his son. He graduated from Tyrone High School, class of 1960. On October 6, 1963 he married Dianne Morgan at the Tyrone Baptist Church in Tyrone, OK.

Ron was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, and camping with a special passion for snowmobiling. He enjoyed many trips to Colorado and New Mexico, riding in the mountains with friends. He and Dianne enjoyed winter trips to Arizona.

Ron is survived by his loving wife Dianne; son, Mark Clancy and wife, Stephanie of Tyrone, OK; two grandsons, Bryce Clancy of Oklahoma City, OK and Matthew Clancy of Tyrone, OK.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Viewing will be held Monday, December 16, 2024, 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Miller Mortuary, Liberal, KS.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Miller Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Chuck Scroggs officiating. Burial will follow at the Tyrone Cemetery.
