Robert Eyestone

Robert Eyestone was born November 25, 1946 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He was the son of Robert Harmon and Doris Margaret (Rutledge) Eyestone. Robert passed away from this life on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Hugoton, Kansas.

He was a proud Army Veteran and served for two years. Robert was a teacher at Hugoton High School for 25+ years and loved every minute of the students and teaching them.

Survivors include daughter, Angela Kay Eyestone, Greely, CO.; sister, Janine Hess, Fort Collins, CO.; two grandchildren, Andrew and Spencer Sweatt; dear friends, Gardell and Kelly Schnable, Pratt, KS. and Richard Rome, Hugoton, KS.; and many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Doris.

A memorial has been established for Hugoton Booster Club in care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, Kansas 67951.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 3, 2021, 10 AM to 8 PM, Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.

Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, June 4, 2021, 11 AM, Hugoton High School Auditorium, Hugoton.
