Our beloved Dad, Robert “Bob” Fowler, peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 20, 2025, at his home in Hooker, Oklahoma, surrounded by family.

He was born on April 9, 1933, in Guymon, Oklahoma, to L.G. Fowler and Esther (Monk) Fowler.

Bob graduated from Hooker High School in 1951. He attended college at Panhandle A&M University in Goodwell. On March 22. 1953, He married the love of his life, Leah Belle Wadley. This union was blessed with four sons; Daron, Eric, Ardon, and Brett; and one daughter, Lori.

Bob and Leah enjoyed farm life at Hooker and he loved driving the combine during harvest, he was an avid outdoorsman and loved driving around to check all the pastures and fields.

He also enjoyed belonging to Hooker Lions Club, singing in the Church Choir and was part of Wizards of Harmony Vocal Group.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife; Leah Belle Fowler, his parents, L.G. and Esther Fowler, and one sister, Louise Skillings.

He is survived by his children: Daron and Janie Fowler of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Eric and Dawn Fowler of Amarillo, Texas; daughter Lori Chambers of Searcy, Arkansas, Ardon Fowler and Brett Fowler, both of Hooker, Oklahoma. Bob and Leah were also blessed with 10 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

He is also survived by several other relatives and many great friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Roberts Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker, Oklahoma.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Hooker Cemetery.
