Raymond Vasquez, age 82, died Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at his residence in Liberal, Kansas.
He was born on December 25, 1938, the son of Cresencio Vasquez Garcia and Margarita Kellogg Samaniego in Ojinaga, Mexico.
Raymond was a Red Hat at National Beef, he worked there for 28 years. He helped build National Beef. On April 9, 1966, he married Stella Mary Vasquez in Brighton, Colorado, she preceded him in death on October 18, 2015. With grateful hearts we remember the ways in which his long life has been a blessing to us
Survived by his daughter, Diana Robledo and her husband, Miguel of Liberal, Kansas
Two grandchildren, Alex Lovato and his wife, Erika, and Vincent Lovato and his fiancé, Racquel
Nine great grandchildren, Destiny Lovato, Andrew Mosqueda, Angelo Lovato, Amaziah Lovato, Elijah Garcia, Ezekiel Garcia, Damien Castaneda, Frankie Rubio, and Liliana Rubio

Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas. With Rev. Juan Salas presiding.
