He married Kathleen H. Leung in Hong Kong China.
Randy attended Liberal Votech to learn welding

He was a Satellite Technician and Supervisor at National Beef.

Randy was preceded in death by His Parents, 1 Sister.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday February 22, 2018, from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Funeral Services and interment will be held at East Lawn Elk Grove Memorial Park & Mortuary in Sacramento, California
