Pauline Beatrice Patterson

Pauline Beatrice Patterson, 81, of Springfield, Missouri passed away at Copper Rock Village in Rogersville, Missouri.

Pauline was born April 14, 1939 in Hooker, Oklahoma, the daughter of Paul and Jessie Mitchell Barnes. She attended school in Hooker and graduated from Hooker High School with the Class of 1958.

On February 10, 1957 she was united in marriage to Robert Lee Patterson. They made their first home in Wichita, Kansas for several years, moving to other locations and finally settling in Amarillo, Texas in 1969. In 1998 she moved to Ft. Worth, Texas.

On August 18, 2001, her husband Robert passed away. She then moved to Warsaw, Missouri for a time then to Springfield, Missouri to be near her son.

She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and loved to sew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert and a daughter in law, Pat Patterson.

Survivors include three sons, Wade and Sarah Patterson of Virginia, Allen Patterson of Springfield, Missouri, Steven Patterson of Wichita, Kansas; one brother, George Barnes of Four Corners near Guymon, Oklahoma and a sister, Violet Donahue of Springfield, Missouri, eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

A family and friends gathering will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 9. 2021 at the Roberts Brothers Funeral Home with Rev. Chris McFarland officiating. Interment will be in the Hooker Cemetery.
