Melvin K. Howard, 86, of Hooker, Ok passed away January 22, 2013 at Odyssey Hospice in Amarillo, Texas.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Restlawn Cemetery in Liberal, Kansas directed by Roberts Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker, Oklahoma.
