Mellissa Kae Brenneman

Mellissa Kae Brenneman, 53, died Thursday, October 21, 2021.

She was proud of being from Nebraska and loved ranching. She also loved sports, especially football. Mellissa and her husband, Rick, owned Brenneman Funeral Home in Liberal, KS for 17 years. She adored her family and was very proud of them.

Visitation: Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Smith Family Mortuary, Derby.
Visitation: Tuesday October 26, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hornung Funeral Home, Liberal.
Funeral Service: 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at First Southern Baptist Church Liberal.
Recitation of the Rosary: 7:00 pm Friday, October 29, 2021 at St Mary Catholic Church, Nenzel Nebraska.
Funeral Service: 10:00 am Saturday October 30, 2021 St. Mary Catholic Church, Ninzel, Nebraska.
Burial to follow at St Mary Cemetery, Ninzel, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Nollette.

Mellissa is survived by her husband, Rick Brenneman; children, Blake Brenneman and Thiago (Sheina) Guilherme; granddaughter, Sophie Guilherme; mother, Eva Nollette; five siblings, Terry (Teresa) Masters, Richard (Cathe) Masters, George (Candi) Nollette, Deanna (Greg) Teaford, and Lyreva (Neal) Clark.
