Maxine Mary Hanson

Maxine Mary Hanson 94, died, Friday, April 3, 2015 at her residence in Tyrone, OK. She was born July 27, 1920 in North Platte, NE the daughter of Lawrence and Lillian (Eckland) Rauch. She attended the North Platte High School in North Platte, NE and after her junior year she enlisted in the Women Army Air Corp.
She has been a resident of Tyrone, OK for the past 30 years. She was a homemaker. She served in the Women Army Air Corp during WWII from 1943 to 1945. On July 22, 1946 she married Maynard Franklin Hanson in Burlington, KS. He died on May 20, 1991.
Survivors include
1 son Mike Hanson and wife Raenda of Tyrone, OK 1 Daughter Debra Rae Allemang of Kansas City, KS.
4 grandchildren Wendy Nelson, James “Jay” Allemang, Shelia Brockett and Cahlie Ann Hanson and 7 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 son Larry Hanson and 2 brothers Vincent Rauch and Brother Francis “Rusty” Rauch.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Tyrone Cemetery.
Visitation time will be 1 to 8 pm Monday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
