Margarito Gonzalez Hernandez, Age 50, Died at Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado, on Saturday, December 17, 2022.

He was born June 10, 1972, in Mexico City, Mexico, the son of Benito Gonzalez and Francisca Hernandez.

He attained his GED and was an Oil Field Worker as well as a truck driver.

Margarito Married Marisela Rios in Liberal, Kansas on November 10, 1996. She survives.

He is the father of son Dario (Erin) Gonzalez of California and daughters Angelica Chavez, and Noemi Gonzalez, both of Liberal, Kansas.

He is the proud Grandfather of 3, Natalia and Addison Gonzalez and Mikah Chavez.

He is survived by Siblings Justo Gonzalez Hernandez, Maria de Jesus Gonzalez Hernandez, Ana Gonzalez Hernandez, Benito Gonzalez Hernandez, Francisca Gonzalez Hernandez, Nora Gonzalez Hernandez, Anselmo Gonzalez Hernandez, Yuri Gonzalez Hernandez, Laura Gonzalez Hernandez.

He was preceded in death by His father Benito Gonzalez, Brother Dario Gonzalez Hernandez, and Nephew Ramon Gonzalez Juarez.

Visitation will be held at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 West 2nd Street, Liberal Kansas on Thursday, December 22, 2022, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The family will be present to receive friends from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Funeral Services will be held at Apostolic Life Tabernacle, 2000 West Tucker Road, Liberal Kansas, on Friday, December 23, 2022, at 10:00 am. The services will conclude at the church.
