Lynn Thompson, 75, of Liberal, passed away on Thursday November 28, 2024 at Southwest Medical Center.

He was born on October 28, 1949 to Merrell and Betty (Nelson) Thompson at Liberal, KS.

Lynn grew up in Hooker, OK and graduated from Hooker High School. He had worked as a Realtor and had been with Leon Tabor Realty in Liberal before retiring in 2021. He was well loved by many of his clients as he was known for going above & beyond for them with their home purchases. Lynn worked many hours; in his downtime he enjoyed traveling, walking, and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Lynn is survived by his daughter, Cassandra Laforest of Joplin, MO; three sons, Lucas Thompson of Liberal, KS, Josh Thompson of Newport News, VA, Ryan Thompson of MO; Two Sisters, Bonnie Powell of Hooker, OK, Linda Sandoval of Guymon, OK and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David Thompson.

Lynn’s specific wishes were to be cremated with no services held.
