Lovola B. Eatmon, 89, of Liberal, KS passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022 at the Liberal Good Samaritan Center.
Lovola was born on October 6, 1932 to Fred and Eddie (Day) Baker at Pickens, AR.
She married Robert Lee Eatmon, Robert preceded her in death.
Lovola worked at Southwest Medical Center from 1972 until 1995 as a Laundry Tech for 23 years. Lovola was the back bone of the family. She enjoyed fishing, crossword puzzles, making hummingbird cake & poundcake, listening to her children sing the gospel, reading her bible and having fun with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Bible Way COGIC where she was an Usher for many years. Lovola was known and loved by many!
Lovola is survived by her seven Daughters; Jessie Taylor of Liberal, KS, Stella Eatmon of Liberal, KS, Fanny Mae Pugh and husband Herman of Milwaukee, WI, Jessie Mae Clay and husband Joe of Marion, AR, Bobbie Rae Eatmon of Liberal, KS, Marceline Byrd of Liberal, KS, Eddie Mae Houston and husband Nathaniel of Liberal, KS; Two Sons, Robert Lee Eatmon and wife Ida of Liberal, KS, Solomon Eatmon of Wichita, KS; 24 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, sister Freda Mae Davis of Wichita
She was also preceded in death by her daughter Ruby Lee Watson, son Arthur Lee Eatmon, 2 grandsons; Earl Watson, Larry Byrd; 2 granddaughters; Tykesha Miller, Alexis Fisher, her parents, sister Maple Washington, brother Isaiah Baker, brother James Baker.
Viewing will be 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Miller Mortuary.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, 10:30 am at the Bibleway Church of God In Christ Liberal, KS with Pastor Steven Bailem, officiating.
Burial will take place in the Liberal City Cemetery.
