Linda Diane (Dawson) Barr

Linda Diane (Dawson) Barr, 57, of Plains, KS passed away on Thursday November 21, 2024 at her home.

She was born on May 31, 1967 to Edward and Helen (Teague) Dawson at Bethany, MO.

On October 31, 2009 she married Mark Barr in Liberal, KS.; he survives.

Linda had worked at National Carriers for 14 years, where she made lasting friendships.

Linda is also survived by her Son Andrew Kingham and wife Kelsey of Liberal, KS; Daughter Ashley Kingham of Plains, KS; Brother Jeromy Dawson of Kansas City, Mo; Nephew Jaydon Koehn of Plains, KS; Niece Jamie Loughmiller and husband Barry of Eudora, KS; Niece Megan Ornelas and husband Jesse of Plains, KS; Nieces Aryela Ornelas, Adrian Loughmiller and Nephews Tayton and Elijah Ornelas, Brady and Eli Loughmiller; Sister Teresa Smith Odell of New Market Iowa; Daughter Shayla Amos of Bentonville, AR; Daughter Chelsea Barr of Ozark, AR; Granddaughter Kyley Hume and husband Elijah of Bentonville, AR.

She was preceded in death by Mother Helen Mae Dawson, Sister Cindy Koehn and Brother Jamie Lee Judkins.

Linda was blessed with 3 grandchildren, Braxton Kingham, Hope Kingham, Chevy-Lee Allen and one great grandchild Myles Hume that she loved more than anything.

There will be no public viewing as cremation has taken place per Linda’s wishes.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Miller Mortuary Chapel in Liberal.

Miller Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
