Lee Allen Campbell, 48, of Turpin, Oklahoma passed away suddenly May 28, 2013 at his home.
Lee was born September 11, 1964 in Jackson County, Missouri, the son of James and Carole Campbell. He attended grade school at Adams, Ok and graduated from Turpin High School with the Class of 1982.
On April 25, 1982 he married Merlyn Jines. Two children, Kaylee and Justin, were born to this union. In 1992 he married Della Perez. He was member of the Adams Mennonite Church.
Lee was a talented welder and built numerous race cars for area stock car racers. He loved hunting.
He is survived by his father, James Campbell of Turpin; his mother Carole Love and husband J.C. of Laverne, Oklahoma; his sister, Janie and her husband Tim of Adams, Oklahoma; two aunts, nieces and nephews, and his dog Putter, along with many friends.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Union Center Cemetery near Adams with Rev. Odie Nunley and Rev. Herbert Bridgewater officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker, Ok.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Union Center United Methodist Church and may be left at Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, Oklahoma 73945.
