Kurtis Brent Miller

Kurtis Brent Miller, age 57, died Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kansas.

He was born on February 24, 1966, in Liberal, Kansas, the son of Darrell Keith and Linda Joan (Gray) Miller.

Kurtis attended Hays High School, Pratt High School and eventually graduated from Turpin High School. Following graduation, he joined Walmart in Liberal where he took great pride in becoming 25-year associate. His time with Walmart took him to various locations in the midwest before completing his career in Liberal. Kurtis was known by many throughout the community and greeted all with a warm smile and a waive. He will be truly missed by all the lives he has touched.

He is survived by his brother Kevin Miller and his wife Diane of Overland Park, Kansas, nephew, and nieces, Caden, Finley, and Ashtin.

Kurtis was preceded in death by his parents, Darrell Keith, and Linda Joan Miller.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, November 27, 2023, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home Chapel, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

A burial to follow at Restlawn Cemetery in Liberal, Kansas.
