Kevin Neil Archer

Kevin Neil Archer, 31, Dickinson, died on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at his home. Services will be held at a later date in Liberal, KS.

Kevin Neil Archer was born on July 16, 1991 in Liberal, Kansas, the son of Kelly and Jenny (Rollins) Archer. He was raised and educated in Liberal, having graduated from LHS in 2010. Following graduation he enlisted in the Marine Corps. After completing tank training at Ft. Knox, he was deployed to Afghanistan with the 2nd Tank BN and was highly decorated for his service in combat. He was honorably discharged from the Marines in 2014 as a Corporal E4.

Following his discharge from the military he went on to attend Seward County Community College. Kevin ventured out to the North Dakota oilfields where he worked for the past seven years.

He especially loved the outdoors where he loved to hunt and fish. Kevin was loved by many and was a loyal friend to many. He made many people laugh with his genuine sense of humor.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Kelly and Jenny; brother, Ryan (Kirsten) Archer; nephew, Saier Archer; nieces, Mila and Aylin Archer; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Archer; both maternal and paternal grandparents.
