Kevin McCay, 78, passed away August 6, 2013 in El Paso, Texas. He is a former resident of Hugoton, Kansas and Beaver, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at !0:30 AM Monday, August 12, 2013 in the First Christian Church, Beaver Oklahoma. The Clark Funeral HOme is in charge of the arrangements.
