Ken W. Matkin

Ken W. Matkin, 75, Died on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at the Homestead Health and Rehabilitation Center in Garden City, KS.

He was born August 27, 1943 in the Epworth Hospital, Liberal, KS. To Homer Leroy and Irene Isabelle (Graves) Matkin.

Ken graduated from Turpin High School.

He married Mary Ann Haddon in Plains, KS, on May 10, 1986. They were married for 32 years.
He was a farmer all of his life.

Ken had many hobbies that he enjoyed, hunting, fishing, motorcycles, going to car shows and auto races and gardening. He made jewelry and Leather craft’s.

Survivors include: his wife Mary; Daughter, Kenann (Ryan Randolph) Matkin of Cascade, Co.
Sisters: Serena (Coy) Caudell, Turpin, OK and Teresa (Rod) Stout of Turpin, OK.
1 Grandson Rogue Randolph.
Ken was also preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister, Linda.

A Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Brenneman Funeral Chapel.
