Katherine Frances (Eastman) Anderson

Katherine Frances (Eastman) Anderson, 52, passed away November, 10, 2013 
at the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 16, 1961, in Liberal, KS, the daughter of Relis and 
Virginia Eastman.
She graduated from Southwestern Heights High School and also graduated 
from Seward County Community College and Barton County Community College.
She worked as a CNA for Liberal Good Samaritan Society and Southwest 
Medical Center before moving to Dodge City, KS and later to Hutchinson, KS.
Kathy was active in FFA, a former 4-Her of Eager Beaver 4-H club. She 
was a former Girls State and Rainbow Girl. She was a member of the Order 
of Eastern Star in Liberal, KS.
She was in a relationship with Carl Hubbard and then later married Bill 
Anderson.

Survivors include one son, Joshua Hubbard, Hutchinson, KS; one daughter 
Michelle (Tim Russell) Anderson, Hutchinson, KS; Her mother, Liberal, 
KS; three sisters, Mary (Javier) Eastman Moreno, Liberal, KS; Ana (Dean) 
Base, Ozark, MO; Carla (David) Bryan, Liberal, KS; one brother, Relis 
(Katie) Eastman III, California.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews.
Shane, Adam, Kayla Base; Christina Bryan; Scott, Aurora, Rebecca, Amia, 
and Andrue Eastman; and one great niece; Joslyin Bryan.
She leaves behind her beloved pets Kevi, Tikey, Mouse, and Abb’s.

She was preceded in death by her father, one sister, and one brother.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 23, 2013, 
at the Masonic Lodge, 16 E. 4th, Liberal, KS. Inurnment will be held at 
Restlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Angels for Animals or the 
Masonic Lodge in care of Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS 
67901.
