Juan de Jesus Alvarado

Juan de Jesus Alvarado, age 57, died February 4, 2023, in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on October 11, 1965, the son of Juventino and Adela Alvarado in Zacatecas, Mexico.

Juan graduated high school in 1983. He was the father of Juan Daniel Avarado Sanchez, Teresa de Jesus Alvarado Sanchez, and Claudia Ivett Alvarado Sanchez.

He is survived by his wife, Beatriz Pineda, son, Juan Daniel Avarado Sanchez (Alejandra Torres), daughters, Teresa de Jesus Alvarado Sanchez, and Claudia Ivett Alvarado Sanchez (Manuel Gaytan),
Brothers, Pedro Alvarado Alvarado, and Jose Mario Alvarado Alvarado, sisters Anita Alvarado Alvarado, and Graciela Alvarado Alvarado, and 7 grandchildren. His presence in our lives will be sorely missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Juventino and Adela Alvarado, brothers, Manuel Alvarado and Roberto Alvarado.

Visitation will be 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

Vigil Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM, Thursday, February 9, 2023, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 10, 2023, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas. Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Juan Salas.

Burial will follow in Villa Hildago, Zacatecas, Mexico.
