Juan Carlos Perez, 18, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at St. Jude Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
He was born September 9, 1996 at Liberal, KS, the son of Luis and Blanca (Montes) Perez.
He was a senior at Liberal High School and was planning to graduate in May 2015. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
He is survived by his
Father – Luis Perez of Liberal
Mother- Blanca Perez of Liberal
2 Brothers – Javier Perez and Adrian Perez both of Liberal
Vigil and Rosary will be 7:00 pm Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am Thursday at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. James P. Dieker presiding. Burial will follow at Liberal Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 am – 5 pm Wednesday at Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 W. 2nd Liberal, KS.
