Johnny Otho Chappell, 60, died Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at his residence in Liberal, KS.
He was born on January 28, 1959, in Garden City, KS, the son of Jim and Carol (Wright) Chappell.

Johnny married Joyce Eagan on October 31, 1975 in Guymon, OK. She survives.
He worked in the oil fields as a derrick hand.

Johnny was preceded in death by his Father Jim Chappell and Brother Sammy Chappell.
