Jerry Eldon Carlile

Jerry Eldon Carlile, 63, of Turpin, OK passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, KS.

He was born on June 29, 1959 to Robert and Virginia (Weaver ) Carlile in Liberal, KS.

He was a graduate of Liberal High School. After high school, Jerry went to work for the family business, J&R Sand, operating the sand and gravel plants.
He enjoyed riding ATVs, following sprint car racing, and fishing.

Jerry is survived by his Brothers- Mike and Tracy Carlile of Grove, OK, Todd and Kelly Carlile of Yantis, TX, and Bruce and Tracey Carlile of Bakersfield, CA; Nieces- Casie and Jonathan Yowell and children of Valley Center, KS,
Courtney Carlile of Norman, OK, Jordan Carlile of Norman, OK, Hannah Carlile of Denver, CO, and Erynn Carlile of Bakersfield, CA; his Honorary Family- Rex and Kim Garrison of Liberal, KS, Chad and Snow Garrison and children of Turpin, OK, and Kayla and Brent Herald and children of Hooker, OK

He was preceded in death by Father, Robert Dean Carlile, Mother, Virginia Sue Carlile.

A Visitation with Jerry’s family present to greet friends will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the First Southern Baptist Church in Liberal, KS with Pastor Rex Petty, officiating.

A Private Family burial will take place in the Liberal City Cemetery.
