Janice Fern Francis

Janice Fern Francis, age 71, died December 3, 2016 at Nichol Home in Glasco, KS. She was born December 3, 1945 in Sioux City, IA, the daughter of Harry L. and Esther (Schell) Baker.

She attended Plains Elementary School. In September 1973, she married Donald Francis in Liberal, KS. He preceded her in death.

She was a home maker. She enjoyed playing bingo, dominos and the arts at the craft shows. She also enjoyed visiting with her friends and family.

Survivors include
1 Sister Nancy Fulton and husband Mike Plains, KS

1 Nephew Michael Fulton and wife Rhonda, 2 Nieces Ginger Paschall and husband Dwayne and Jennifer Martinez and husband Jerson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 Sister Marilyn Baker.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dan Biernacki, Plains Friends Church, Plains, KS presiding. Burial will be in the Plains Cemetery, Plains, KS.

Visitation will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday and 9:00 am until service time on Thursday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
