Itzel Guaderrama

Itzel Anai Guaderrama, age 23, died Sunday, February 27, 2022, in Beaver County, Oklahoma. She was born on January 30, 1999, in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of Jesus and Guadalupe (Ornelas) Guaderrama.

Itzel grew up in Ulysses and graduated from Ulysses High School. She had an outgoing personality and loved spending time with friends, dancing, singing and laughing. Itzel also enjoyed camping and traveling.

Itzel is survived by her sons, Israel Camacho and Adriel Guaderrama of the home; parents, Jesus and Guadalupe Guaderrama of Ulysses; brothers, Jesus Guaderrama of Garden City and Luis Guaderrama of Garden City; sister, Jayleen Guaderrama of Ulysses; grandparents, Leo Guaderrama and Ramona Payan; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Itzel is preceded in death by her grandparents, Esperanza Ornelas and Jose Luis Ornelas.

Rosary will be Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 7:00 PM and Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 4, 2022, at 2:00 PM both at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses, Kansas, with Reverend Charles Seiwert officiating. Interment will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, March 3, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses, and Friday, March 4, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
