Helen Nadine “Dumpy” Gray, age 86, died December 7, 2016 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, KS. She was born June 5, 1930 in Parsons, KS, the daughter of J. D. and Gertie Marie (Winters) Walker.

She had been a resident of Liberal for 40 years.

She was married to Bill Wesley, Sr. They divorced in 1969.

On July 5, 1974 she married George Anton Gray at Raton, NM. He survives.

She worked as a waitress at the A & W Restaurant.

Survivors include

2 Sons Bill Wesley, Jr and wife Jennifer Liberal, KS

Bobby D. Wesley and wife Jackie Turpin, OK

4 Grandchildren Michael, John, Bobby and Angela Wesley, 5 Great Grandchildren, 2 Nieces Janis Malin and husband Randy, Jerri Rice and husband David.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stepfather Earl Prater, Sister Juanita DeCamp, Brother-in-law Wilber DeCamp, and 1 Niece Vickie King.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday, December 12, at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with pastor Jack Jacob presiding. Private Burial to follow.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday, December 10, at Brenneman Funeral Home.
