Harriet Lee Gick

Harriett Lee Gick, 69, went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2019. She was born on October 23, 1949, the third daughter of five to Clarence and Naomi, sharing a birthday with Johnny Carson and Renna Weatherby.
Harriett was born again by the sovereign grace of God on August 28, 1960 through the preaching and teaching of Word of Life ministry in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York.
Harriett worked with Child Evangelism Fellowship for 17 years. Most recently she was employed with the City of Liberal and T & B Towing of Liberal.
Harriett is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Naomi. She awaits the home coming of Nancy and Larry of Phoenix NY, Vivian and Charles of Chester VA, Carolyn and Dan of Fulton NY and Dianne and Walter of Leesport PA.
Memorials requested to the 1st Church of the Nazarene, Liberal KS, in care of Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd St, Liberal, KS 67901.
Calling hours will be from 1 – 3 pm Saturday January 26, 2019 at the 1st Church of the Nazarene, Liberal KS. Funeral services will be at 3pm, with Pastor Arlen Ankle presiding. A time of celebration has been planned immediately following the service.
A private family burial will take place at a later date.
