Gwendolyn Eloise Lewis

Gwendolyn Eloise Lewis, 68, of Liberal, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX.

She was born on May 26, 1956 to Richard and Magnolia (Wilburn) Dunlap in Gary, IN.

On July 27, 1974 she married James Arthur Lewis; he preceded her in death on June 14, 1985.

Gwendolyn is survived by Daughter, Stefanie Lewis of Williston, ND; Two Sons, Eddie Lewis of Omaha, NE, Nicky Lewis of Wichita, KS; Mother, Magnolia Dunlap of Liberal, KS; Brother, John Dunlap of Liberal, KS; 18 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren She was also preceded in death by Son, Jamison Lewis; Father, Richard Dunlap, Jr.; Sister, Tina Dunlap; Grandmother, Everleen Jordan.

There will be no public viewing.

Cremation has taken place per Gwendolyn’s wishes.

Urn Burial will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the Liberal City Cemetery.

Miller Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
