Giap Van Nguyen

Giap Van Nguyen, 79, died Sunday, January 19, 2014 at his home in Liberal, KS.

He was born January 15, 1935 at Quang Ngai, Vietnam the son of Hein Van Nguyen and Tuyen Thi Nguyen .

He married Lu Thi Nguyen in Vietnam. She survives.

He moved to the United States from Vietnam in July of 1995 and was employed with National Beef Packing Co. for 16 years.

His survivors include three daughters, Phung Thi Nguyen, Khai Thi Nguyen, and Nguyen Thi Nguyen. One Son, Hoang Van Nguyen and 16 Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son Van Van Nguyen.

Visitation will be 1:00pm – 8:00pm Tuesday, December 21, 2014 at Miller Mortuary.

Funeral Services will be at 9:00am Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Miller Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens
