Gerald Lee Cathcart, age 78, died Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Wheatridge Park Care Center in Liberal, KS. He was born December 2, 1940 in Lamar, Co, the son of Paul Randall and Emma Abiagail (Mason) Cathcart.
He graduated from Holly High School, Holly, Co. He married Kay Cloud on August 10, 1965 in Colorado. She survives.
He worked for Ozark Mobile Home Company as a foreman.
He entered U. S. Army Boot Camp on July 15, 1960. He served in the U. S. Navy, from 1962 to 1966. He was a member of the V.F.W.

3 Brothers Ron Cathcart and wife Terry California

2 Sisters Barbara Hammit Colby, KS
Debbie Ellis California
2 Grandchildren: Joshua and Peter of Colorado Springs, CO.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and 1 Sister Pauline Stillons.
Gerald had requested cremation and there will be no visitation. There will be a come and go gathering celebrating Gerald’s life commencing at 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Kay’s home, 111 W. Hoover, Liberal, KS.
