Everett Collins, age 69, died Saturday, November 27, 2021, at his residence in Liberal, Kansas.
He was born on March 14, 1952, the son of Loren Lee and Joan Etta (Henage) Collins.
Everett graduated from Liberal High School and went on to finish 2 years at the Liberal Area Vocational Technical School. He worked many years as a Diesel Mechanic for Liberal Truck Services, Mid States Diesel Service and Groendyke Transport Inc. He married Karen Sue Caughman on June 29, 1990, in Liberal, Kansas. Everett raised one daughter, Karyn Larissa Manzaneres. He enjoyed motorcycles very much. Everett belonged to the Harley Owners group known as “HOG” and bowled in leagues for many years. He was very hard working and was very muscular as a result. Everett built hot rod motors for his brothers’ cars, and he truly loved his sister.

Two brothers, Lewis Collins of Perryton, Texas and
John Collins of Liberal, Kansas
One sister, Lori Ann Merz and her husband Steve of Liberal, Kansas
Three grandchildren, Nevasiah Downing, Joliet Manzanares and Marilee Manzanares and many nieces and nephews.

His brothers, Kenneth Collins, and Charles Collins.
There will be no visitation or service to be held per Everett’s request.
