Evelyn Marie Waybright, 92, died Thursday, April 30, 2020 at the Lone Tree Retirement Center in Meade, KS.
She was born on December 31, 1927 in Beaver County, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Curt and Agatha (Wiens) Vogt.
On January 26, 1946, she married Clarence Waybright in Liberal KS. He preceded her in death on January 15, 1997.
Evelyn was a homemaker, where she raised her family, and worked for Liberal School District as a Bus Driver.
She enjoyed embroidery, and loved to call Bingo at the senior center and play cards with friends and family. She loved her family, especially her grandkids.

Jacqueline Jones, Brittany Waybright, Matthew Waybright, Kelsey Waybright, Kailey Waybright, Kinzey Waybright, Riley McVey, Tyler McVey, Aaron McVey, Brooklyn Mayhew and Nathan Mayhew.
Great Great Grandchildren
Braylynn Jones, Preslie Jones and Dawson Jones.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, son Jackie Ray Waybright, sister Twyla Mae Smith and brother Alfred Dyck.
Visitation will be from 11am to 8pm, Monday, May 4th, 2020 at the Brenneman Hornung Family Funeral home. Family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm.
Attendance at services will follow CDC guidelines and State requirements restricting gathering size at Visitation to only 10 people allowed into the viewing at a time. This is for safety and the best interest everyone’s health; we encourage use of social media to offer condolences and support to the family in lieu of attending. Graveside Services will be at 11am Tuesday, May 5th, 2020 at Restlawn Cemetery with Terry Mayhew presiding.
