Eva Radloff: UPDATE

Eve Radloff, age 88, of Elkhart, Kansas died May 29, 2013 at Morton County Care Center in Elkhart, Kansas. She was born January 25, 1925 in Logan, Kansas the daughter of Willie Carl and Annie Josephine (Fisk) Hutchinson.

Eve grew up in Logan and graduated high school. She married Elmer E. Radloff on June 26, 1946 in Logan. They moved to Elkhart in 1954. Eve was the secretary and sexton for Elkhart Cemetery. She then worked for the City of Elkhart as the water clerk and retired as the City Clerk. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing golf.

Survivors include her son, Craig Radloff of Ulysses, Kansas; daughters, Carolyn LaRue of Elkhart, Kansas, LuAnn Dawdy of Roswell, New Mexico, Lana Radloff of Stafford, Kansas; sister, Waunita Parsons of Logan, Kansas; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Eve is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer on October 21, 2004; six brothers, and two sisters.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the United Methodist Church in Elkhart, Kansas with Reverend Dennis Reimer officiating. Private inurnment will be at a later date at the Elkhart Cemetery. The family requests memorials may be given to Hospice of Reno County/Hospice House in care of Garnand Funeral Home, PO Box 854, Elkhart, KS 67950.
