Edward Daniel Cowser

Edward Daniel Cowser, age 71, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022, surrounded by his family in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The son of Fred Frank and Jerline Grace (Clair) Cowser, he was born on October 6, 1950, in Rolla, Kansas.

Edward married Paula Louise Murray on February 13, 1970, in Hugoton, Kansas. They recently just celebrated 52 years of marriage.

Hobbies were Hunting with his three girls Bell, Jewel and Gabby, Fishing and keeping up with his yard. He really enjoyed visiting with everyone and playing jokes with his family and friends.

Survivors include his loving wife, Paula L. Cowser, Siloam Springs, AR.; one daughter, Candy Kaye Boyster and husband James, Mulvane, KS.; two brothers, Gerald Cowser, Liberal, KS., Stephen Cowser and wife Johnny, Rolla, KS.; two sisters, Wanda Williams, Hugoton, KS., Margaret Mayo, Rolla, KS.; two grandchildren, Christopher Boyster, Springdale, AR and Danielle Boyster, Mulvane, KS.; mother-in-law, Pauline Murray, Hugoton, KS.; sister-in-law, Patricia Zellner and husband Louis, Hugoton, KS.; and many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Freddy Cowser and Robert Cowser.

A memorial has been established for Alzheimer’s. Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, Kansas 67951.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 24, 2022, from 10 AM to 8 PM, at Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton. The family will receive family and friends from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Robson Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 10 AM, at First Christian Church with Pastor Marcus Light presiding. Burial will follow at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, Kansas.
