Doug Simpkins, 52, of Liberal, passed away on November 25, 2019.

He was born on August 16, 1967 to Avery Simpkins and Juanita Payne at Pulaski, Virginia.

Doug is survived by his sister, Sharri Lynn Colvin of Christiansburg, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.

Doug’s cremated remains will be buried in a family plot in Virginia.
